- Account & contact data: name, email address, and password (hashed).
- Organization claim data: email address used to verify ownership of a nonprofit listing.
- Payment data: Stripe processes your payment details. We do not store full credit-card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data: pages visited, search queries, and interactions with listings (collected via anonymous analytics).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to operate and improve the directory:
- Display and manage nonprofit organization listings and volunteer opportunities.
- Send transactional emails (claim confirmations, welcome messages, payment receipts).
- Process subscription payments and manage billing status.
- Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third parties to run the platform. Each service receives only the data necessary to perform its function:
- Lovable Cloud (database & auth): stores profile, organization, and subscription records.
- Stripe: handles payment processing, subscription management, and invoicing.
- Resend: delivers transactional and marketing emails.
4. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Object to certain processing or withdraw consent.

5. Data Retention
